We do this by developing and maintaining the Council’s strategic aims and communicating the Council’s performance through Strategic Planning and Performance Management. We publish this information in an annual report called the Best Value Performance Plan and Directorate Service Plans.
We ensure performance aligns with the priorities of the Council through performance monitoring and support to service improvement across the Council.
