
The Audit Commission is an independent body responsible for ensuring that public money is used economically, efficiently and effectively. The Commission has inspected and reviewed a variety of service areas within the Council and produced a series of Best Value reports. These inspection reports help the Council to build a better understanding of our users and the public so we can continually improve the performance of our service.
