Where are these events going to be held?

Northumberland County Council's Fire and Rescue Service and Highways Department have arranged three events at popular biker meeting spots during August.

The events are at:

• Sunday, August 6 - Rothbury Jubilee Hall, 10am- 4pm.
• Sunday, August 13 - Albermarle Barracks, Military Road, 10-4pm.
• Sunday, August 20th - Byrness, between Otterburn and Jedburgh, from 10am-2pm

Please note: The event at Hartside Pass, Cumbria on August 20th has been cancelled.

The initiative is being fully supported by many of the leading glossy Motor Cycle Magazines and dealers and other retail outlets across the region will be joining up to help make these events a resounding success.

A motorbike expert will also be on hand to be able to talk to riders and help troubleshoot problems which could potentially lead to a rider losing control.
